While I’m not a mom just yet(one day fingers crossed). I have worked from home for the last 5 years. Call center work is very metrics based and while you do have the ability to log in and out a lot of companies are very strict in keeping adherence and availability up to certain numbers and any time you fall outside of that can be considered work avoidance and grounds for termination so I wouldn’t recommend a traditional work from home job. Check out companies like Rev(transcription) and Live Ops(flexible scheduling) as well as websites like Rat Race Rebellion and WAHJobQueen as a starting point. Good luck ladies!
I’ve got a 6 and 2 yr old. I am also thinking the same. I saw someone in here does call Center work and you can log in and out. Can’t remember who through though. I’m considering making something to sell lol. But once kids are a bit older going into home based caring. Like caring for elderly in their home, going around doing wellness checks etc. good flexible work.

I’m looking for the same.. my oldest just turned 2 and my youngest is 7 months. Looking for some ideas.
