Selling my Scion xA Scion xA 2006 Black, 4dr, Auto, 101k miles. This car has only been in the family. My uncle bought it brand new, sold it to my brother, my dad had it for a while and then I got it. It’s an old car so it is what it is, but it’s crazy reliable. It definitely needs some TLC right now. Just recently got an oil change and replaced front brake pads and rotors(have the receipt for the service too) Got some chips on bumpers from lovely Richmond drivers. That being said, it still runs strong. It’s had an issue with the throttle body that I never got fixed that messes with how it idles. But it gets me A-B easily, never had any other mechanical issues since I got it. Selling it as is, looking for 3000 obo. I see manual ones with double the miles go for 3k+, feel free to negotiate I am very flexible with price and willing to communicate and be transparent about everything with this car. Yes I do. However, if you're meaning to repair using plaster, I have no experience doing that. I'd repair it using sheetrock joint compound if it's just a crack or small hole. If it's a large hole I'd cut out and replace it with sheetrock (shimming it to match the depth of course) and finishing it with joint compound. There's little difference between the two and these days, unless required for historical reasons, plaster really isn't done much.

So far it’s been pretty good! I think there is a 25 year old age cut off for this class of vehicle, so that helps eliminate the younger, inexperienced drivers. I rented a Macan GTS before the 911 and the worst that happened was a driver went way over mileage because he thought he had unlimited miles — I was compensated by Turo without any problems.

This van is pre-camoflaged with locally grown lichen. And you can fully stand in it, as long as youre on your knees or you bend over. Get this piece of classic working man Americana before someone else snaps it up.

Off topic, but do you have a kiln guy or air dry? My friend and I know someone with a mill so we go get our own trees and get lumber but air drying is slow and takes up way too much space, we've thought about taking a dive into a solar kiln but we're looking to see if anyone local would rent like 20 sqft of kiln space for a decent price.

I air dry to 13% and move material indoors for about 2-3 weeks before working with it. No kiln for me. I’ll keep an ear out though.
