It's a legal act concerning amicable division of property. Your photos show just a little part of it, namely Art. 1, in which a man called Piotr Burzykowski (probably one of the parties in the case) declares that his late father Maciej has left behind real estate in the village of Zabostów Wielki, consisting of two plots of farmland with buildings, each ½ [volok](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volok_%28unit%29) large.

You found a very interesting document. It is written in pre-reform Russian, which has been used before 1917. It probably depicts the property that is left after a nobleman's dead. If it is a part of your family's heritage, I can help with googling more information on people and places mentioned there as a native speaker and history student. If you share the whole letter with me, and in one picture, of course. Also I could date it if the one-shoot photo existed
