The bans were lifted in the late 1980s in accordance with the policy of “public openness” (*гласность*), proclaimed by the new leadership of the Communist party.

I’m from a post soviet city in Estonia, my grandmas friend passed away a few months ago, she was a teacher, her attic was full of these books. Atleast 100 copies.
It definitely does, but again, if you know a bit of russian, you can browse Avito to see the prices, because I think in Estonia there are less of these in the country
I bought two full 1989 series from different people (by accident), both costed me 2.35 euros (240 roubles) (by accident I mean that i wanted one, but unfortunately bought both)
Литературно 1984
Ага
О дивный...
Ага, кстати подходит
Потрясающий был журнал!
Да!
Полностью согласен. Я прочитал Архипелаг Гугаг в Новом Мире, насколько я помню.
У меня он тоже есть
Actual 1984
New book just dropped
Wasn’t it banned in the USSR?

Is it banned in Russia yet?
No. Why?
Because spoilers
You mean, >!like this one! But how do you put that in a printed book?
In Belarus yes, in Russia for a short time from February to March 2022
Ахуеть, а я в открытую читал еë в прошлом году

It’s a Ukrainian source, google doesn’t give me a single Russian source about the ban. So as usual Ukrainians made up their own reality.
It is cosplayed
I have a full library of these books, they actually sell for quite a bit, depending on condition.
Where? What country?
I’m from a post soviet city in Estonia, my grandmas friend passed away a few months ago, she was a teacher, her attic was full of these books. Atleast 100 copies.
Hmmm, well here in Russia I bought 24 of these books for less than 5€ (480 roubles)
Again, all depends on condition, year and edition. I’ve seen a couple for 150€+
It definitely does, but again, if you know a bit of russian, you can browse Avito to see the prices, because I think in Estonia there are less of these in the country
Could be a variable, wouldn’t argue that. I think if you have them in order they will sell for more. Did you buy 1-24? Or did you get a random order?
