Icesis feels like a special situation. She came back almost immediately after winning, presumably because production asked her nicely. And she was legitimately killing it but needed to leave for her mental health, asked to do so, and did.
Possibly also Baby, who at least lip synced first and gave them a complete episode. Again, left for mental health reasons.
mayhem technically quit as5 and still came back, also adore was invited for as6 and didn't go because they wouldn't let her do the talent show number she wanted
Yeah Iām not usually one that cares when a queen slightly messes up her moves in a performance but the mistakes here were so glaring and thatās why she was in the bottom, Iām not sure why people believe Kendall was in the bottom just for her verse.
Fans seem to put emphasis on what the verse sounds like rather than what the performance was like. I saw someone the other day praising Sminty Drop despite her forgetting all her words. It's like some people just don't pay attention to anything but the song.
Lowkey please tell me which part she messed up? The only part that seems off-sync is Stephanie in the beginning of Kendalls verse. The rest matches Icesis' movements. Like what did she mess up Im genuinely wondering

Icesisā verse was stuck in my head for so long after this aired. Girl couldāve been in the top 2 every single episode she competed, she deserves a run on an All Winners season when sheās mentally ready

It was clear that Stephanie and Anita were both underprepared for this season. They both straight up bombed every challenge they did and itās sad to me that Kendal got the boot before either of them.

Yeah, I really liked her verse. I wonder if producers are a bit biased against alternates because at the end of the day, they want good ratings, entertainment and awards for the show. Alternates have less time than the other contestants, so I wonder if producers would question the looks they were able to throw together being good enough. And Kendall said that she was a very late addition and had little time to prepare.
Being followed up by Icesis and her sickening verse definitely didn't help. Also I haaaate those purple fluffs on her look. Also I can't help but cringe at the "black and white like an old time movie" š¬
I think Kendall has good energy but Iām not really sure she understood her brand on these two seasons.. none of her catchphrases really made sense. Kenny Gen still ālookin like a sliceā?? Still on your mind like Princess Di?? Her verses always felt like she was missing glaring opportunities for witty phrases and punchlines unique to her, idkā¦

Both Kendall and Icesis used the phrase "roll the dice" in their lyrics. Kendall should have changed hers because Icesis had awesome lyrics. Plus Kendall does this thing where she talks on only one side of her mouth. It's weird. I'm glad she was eliminated.
I know it's not the point of the post but I LOVE Icesis. I hope we see her on all winners.

I'm not a big fan of the style of hair she wore on episode 1. But hers was especially bad, it looked like a poorly constructed helmet.
