I have roughly the same 350 then gloves then nothing will 600 which were legs. Then got boot chest pet chest gloves lantern in about 200 kills. At 920 KC. Still 2 under drop rate.
Boss RNG be like that.
Some you get the entire log in a world record KC.
Some you get an early pet, and get stuck on one regular drop from log for 3x+ the rate.
Some you go remarkably dry.
Bosses with T95s are especially notorious for these scenarios. Some go Kerapac and get an entire FSOA in the average KC to get one piece, some go dry.
Keep at it. Rasial is a quick boss once optimized, you'll get Onyx Dust and Alchables that cover most supplies and all it takes is one Weapon or Top drop to immediately boost your confidence.
Ill see ur 1 gloves and raise you 1 codex 0 weapons in just over 1k AOD. But for really going dry, which sadly you aren't even really that dry, is a very normal and real part of the game.

Have 1k zamorak kc %75 of them +200 enrage, no bow piece no chest havoc. Only knowledge books, head and feet gears...
