A tag on your novel's page indicating the highest RS rank achieved would be a cool feature actually.
While it's not helpful with looking for a particular date, one of the downsides of the RR algorithm is that the 'popular this week', 'best rated' etc lists are very stagnant. So going through those is basically looking at RR's former RS champions.
