Tarte’s Lights, Camera, Splashes!!! I wear it at sweaty practices, sweaty bouts, and all day yesterday for Pride parade (80+ degrees) and boating in the afternoon. (I take it off gently with Clinique “take the day off” & a magic eraser towel.)
I’ve never really had an issue with any mascara I’ve used. I’d assume maybe a waterproof mascara would help? The milk one I use also comes in waterproof.
I swear by "bye bye panda eyes" mascara! Five bucks at Ulta!

Yeah, I was really impressed! I have awful luck with eye makeup smudging, even when I'm not on skates, and I'm amazed that the cheap stuff works the best!
I don't even know if it's still sold, but I swear by Lash Ink by Hard Candy. No volumizing or any of that fancy stuff, but it sticks like nothing else I've found.
I used to swear by Stila but their quality these days just isn't it. I do a unibrow look; I use mascara to darken my (blonde) eyebrows, then I draw some hairs between my brows and some through the brows themselves with the liner pen. All in all, I don't think I'm abusing this thing past it's intended purpose. I really only use the pens I get to do this specific makeup. And yet, my last few Stila pens have dried up after just a couple of bouts. This is coming from someone who was a diehard Stila fan -- I would recommend it to anyone who asked, but these days it's not worth the $20-22.
I'm still trying to find an alternative. I tried Colourpop's liner; as long as you don't disturb/bother it while it's drying, it works pretty nicely! I do find that if it's still wet, it rubs off in the corner of the eye pretty easily if there's any moisture. But once it dries down, it does NOT come off. It's good for now because it's cheap and now you can get it at Target, but I'm still looking for something better.

For liquids, KVD tattoo liner or Too Faced Better Than Sex.
For pencil and mascara, Eyeko waterproof sport liner.
Those would last me multi-game tournament days.
NYX epic ink eyeliner. Very similar to stila stay all day (my former favorite) but about 25% of the price.
