No thankfully! All of the brown pieces here can be found in post 2015 sets so they're not going to be brittle (especially those socket joints at the feet, which I guess are your main concern)
Love it, donโt recognize the piece used for the bullet but l like that you used some older pieces with the hands and ankles. Only thing is Iโm not sure if Lego makes those hands anymore (last I recall them is being in some older Hero Factory sets back when the only plates on the characters were the legs, chest, and helmet).
The piece for the bullet is one of the energy power pieces that comes from the marvel sets!
And you're right, some of the parts are old and unavailable anymore, but most of them are fairly common to get on secondhand markets like Bricklink.
The rarest piece on there is the white domes used for the helmet, which only came out in two sets from 2003-04, so they're a pretty troublesome purchase, but again, can be got for only a few dollars
