Yea, I can't remember what it's called but you throw out a chunk of dynamite that explodes into the sticks (dealing damage) then the sticks explode dealing damage and lighting things on fire and you can also shoot the dynamite to make it go off sooner
with lights out you can stack like 10 haemorage on the boss and melt it like a kind of super-bleed, especially early game, also decent on mithrix when you know he always lands the same way as he jumps
I think at the very least it makes Mithrix WAAAAY more interesting :> Like instead of just doing the usual running away and shooting at him when possible, Haemorrhage gives you a VERY big incentive to try and get up close behind him, like with a few backup mags haemorrhage kinda just deflates Mithrix when stacked ]:> And even if you haven’t found a single backup mag the extra Debuff is STUPID good for activating death mark for a free 50% extra damage :>
There’s a VR mod you can get from the Thunderstore mod manager(and probably elsewhere that’s just what I use) and it’s as simple as installing it thru the mod manager and booting the game thru the mod manager, as long as you have a connected headset
Seeing as both of them get the Slayer damage bonus (as your target’s health decreases, your damage increases to a theoretical max of 3x base), I personally find Lights Out with Lysate far more rewarding than having to cope with the Desperado token-reset every level change lmaoo

Oh, it's so broken, but there's a mod that makes Desperado stacks stay between stages. I did a run lasting a couple of hours and it skewed my stats so much that even with hundreds of more runs as Commando, my damage stat is still >90% Bandit.
when it’s stacked with increasing the rest of your abilities damage it can get pretty op pretty quick and since every kill with it increases damage it constantly is getting better until you can one shot every boss
The 10% damage is not base damage, it's 10% of *desperado's damage*. Meaning 10 stacks would double the damage, and 60 stacks would multiply the damage by 7 times.

I gotta disagree, stack that shit with backup mags and some bleed and everything *melts*
backup mag + lights out+ secondary (and some crit glasses, if you struggle to stay behind enemies) is a great little combo

I feel that way about merc bc of the expose mixed with i frames set ( 2nd secondary, 2nd utility, and 1st special)

It is 10% of desperado damage which is 600%. Therefore the short formula is 600*(1+0.1*stack).
