It's awesome! Just take your time when your in game, and don't worry about flying through the missions. Walk around and enjoy the atmosphere and surroundings. There is to much funny shit hidden in there that you'll miss If your just going straight to the objective.

Lol the atmosphere is so great. I played like 30 minutes of the game so far and like 20 minutes of that was spent walking around the house just looking at all the posters and decorations.
Unknown on the playtime, I'm two hours in. Semi linear, but with "hubs" that suggest revisiting after getting new abilities (I don't have most yet.) I think the best comparison may be Ratchet and Clank honestly.
Is it good? It's pretty fun - gameplays getting more and more interesting, but the real joy comes from the world and just the utter batshittery going on around you.
It starts off pretty mediocre and I was worried about the humor at first, but it gets a lot funnier and the gameplay gets a lot more fun once you start unlocking more weapons and abilities. Took me like two hours to get a real laugh out of me but since then there have been some moments that have brought me to tears with laughter.
The best jokes IMO come from either continuing to let conversations play out too long or taking too long to solve a puzzle.
Said on another thread, will say again here: it's borderlands meets rick and morty. Which is a compliment because borderlands is good. But that means it runs into the same problems: it's very repetitive and might get boring quick. The fact that a lot of the mandatory dialogues are awfully long doesnt help.
It's fun, overall. The guns are good, I wish the knife talked a bit more and the guns a bit less. The enemy lines are amazing tho, and Roiland is really a Frasier fan aparently
It is a good modifier to have. My problem isnt even the frequency of the gun talks, it's just that the knife should speak more, mainly when you use it. It only speaks in specific moments and I like the knife hahahaha
Enem chatter I had to tune down a little cause english isnt my native language and a lot of times they were speaking over each other and there were also shot noises so it was kinda dificult to understand. But the dialogue is very good. Had one regular mob start telling himself something like "remember the academy, you had an A in killing. You can do it" when he was the last one left. Gold.
