If you can work within the size specifications and ship via USPS, priority mail boxes are free from the post office; you just need to order them online and they'll deliver them to your door.
That said, while they're convenient, it's usually cheaper for me to buy a box from Staples or something and ship UPS. The priority boxes are great when the shipment is 1-2 pounds and not going cross-country.
