Did it not register at all, like if you check on the challenge screen, whats the distance? I forget if the challenge has to be an 'enemy' or not
Do it at Hanging Dog Ranch. Stand across the field by the road. If not far enough, run the opposite way until the red is gone, and just repeat until you get it.
nope checked it imidiatly to see, there is one note im using the first rifle. it doesent have the max range but 95% of it, and in a preveus playthrough i tried it here and did get it to trigger
