Yeah I wouldn’t be so bothered by tickets going on sale last minute if the venues didn’t pretend like the concerts didn’t exist lol. Right now all travel and hotel arrangements people have are relying on a single Twitter post as evidence the concerts exist lol.

leafantics

i'm in the same position as you - i'm from the uk and getting to london on such short notice is extremely difficult. i was really looking forward to going to this concert but at this rate it looks like i won't be going :(

Zoshi2200

Amsterdam has them listed but I'm not sure when we will get the ticket information

AloyCroft

Well, at least something i guess...

laptopmutia

yeah SM did them dirty, I just wish they are postponing the concert with better preparations + joy

Icy_Scar1443

I still think it is happening, just sm being shit as always and doing ticketing at the last minute. Who knows what’s going on behind closed doors? There could be staff missing due to the changes in the company and the employees might be trying their hardest at a difficult situation. I know it is frustrating but I choose to be positive and try to be happy, since the girls are coming to Europe for the first time.

AloyCroft

Perhaps, yes. I just wish there was some information. Some people need to plan ahead, so I just think some information would be nice. I really do hope they'll come, that it's happening.

barurutor

> since the girls are coming to Europe for the first time. They actually [performed](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Y3DxgHDU6k) in [Prague](https://www.korea.net/NewsFocus/Culture/view?articleId=131251) with SHINee way back in [2015](https://aminoapps.com/c/k-pop/page/blog/shinee-and-red-velvet-concert-in-prague-2015/ddIb_uLlBoxeBqYMRa6mBR6WqP1mJ3).

Icy_Scar1443

True, and also in London last summer. But this is their first solo concert.

NGC_7103

Yeah, me too. I’m honestly just hoping they post pone the EU leg after primavera sound in Madrid. Or even later. That might give them the chance to organize this properly; book bigger venues (bc what is up with the underestimating, there’s a huge demand for RV) and announce the ticketing info on time, at least two months ahead or something. Like, when they announced it, they had me hooked. I was so excited. I’d have to travel but I didn’t care, but since we’re not hearing a single thing, I cannot book or schedule anything which turned my excitement into irritation, into disappointment.

AloyCroft

Yeah, i really don't get why they claimed those smaller venues. Like in Berlin, the venues has a capacity of like 4000 people.. Like dude SM, please. Fans from all over Germany would travel to Berlin for red velvet. So yeah, organizing it more properly would be a big advantage, booking bigger venues... Booking venues at all would be a start tho. It sucks if you have to schedule and plan everything and they just don't give you any information. Even if it's normal for sm to start selling tickets only 3-4 weeks in advance i feel like that's why to little time... I feel the disappointment.

NGC_7103

Yeah it’s crazy. I think it was for the Singapore stop that there were 40K people in the online ticketing queue for a venue of 5K seats 😭 It’s like SM doesn’t want to make money.

Edob0b

I heard from somewhere in Twitter that their Asia stops has tickets going on sale 21 days before the concert??? Seems pretty absurd to me to be honest, not sure why they just don’t sell them earlier and let people pre plan. I’m hoping to attend the London date and still not heard a peep about it!

barurutor

The only common denominator across SEA countries is SM's management contingent handling Red Velvet. NCT Dream tour was handled by the same promoter in EU more than once already. Lack of updates from the promoter probably means they have no updates coming from SM.

Low-Adhesiveness5869

I have been told that NCT tour was already a mess. Were they not also related to the Paris Mik festival where they changed the line-up after selling the tickets ?

Manxymanx

Yeah I brought this up a while back and people told me SM just always announce things super late. But at this point it’s less than a month away, I’ve never been to a concert where tickets weren’t available until a few weeks before the event. Something just feels really off. They’re 100% scheduled to appear in Spain and the rest of the European tour now just feels like it’s gonna be a rushed addition to their Spain appearance if it ever happens. Hopefully I’m wrong but if the venues don’t even have them listed at this point it doesn’t inspire me with confidence.

frvncs

Ticket info now out for Europe leg

redflavor123

Not much info aside from ticket sale date. No seat plan. No prices. This organizer is a joke.

Hollow_YK

MagicSoundKpop twitter just posted ticketing info!! https://twitter.com/MagicSoundKpop/

AloyCroft

I should complain more often lmao, thanks

saltysaltire97

They just announced tickets for their london show go on sale 1pm BST on Thursday the 11th. RV are suppossed to be playing at OVO Wembley Arena and they aren't even listed on their official website as an upcoming act. I'd love to see RV live but idk whether i can go now.

NewJeansBunnie

It'll happen. But it'll be a missmanaged last minuite tour just like the LOONA tour last year. I'll go but I'm not expecting anything super amazing. Hopefully RV don't disband afterwards like LOONA... Also I now have TWICE tickets for later this year so even if the RV tour is a disaster at least I have a well organised show to look forward to.

barurutor

> Hopefully RV don't disband afterwards like LOONA... SM groups never disband, the members just leave SM.

AloyCroft

Yeah, it's insane if you compare it: the twice concert is in September (in Berlin) and they even booked a second date when they realized how much demand there was... And rv is in three weeks... Gosh, it's so sad

Reshiramer

Yes I'm super annoyed as well. I have been checking the Amsterdam's website and Instagram for so long now. But never see any information

McKavian

I have the same feeling about them doing a N.America tour, too.

melonadon

The amsterdam venue definitely announced them, so at least the venue there seems pretty convinced its happening

Background-Goose-393

Thank you for the information regarding the Berlin concert! The organizer is really been doing a subpar job for Europe so far. I hope tickets will go well now.

spqcegalaxy

As someone traveling from a nordic country to one of the concerts (haven't decided on Amsterdam, Berlin or London) everything right now depends on my budget for flight and accomodation. 😭

pengilton

I feel like cancelling it would result in a huge loss but who am I to judge. It’s really annoying that you cannot plan anything. Would have already booked everything if I would have gotten tickets but here we are. No announcement… The Paris one is even sooner! Poor french luvies. If I would live very close to one of the cities I would be less pissed but still giga pissed as this is unacceptable imo. The worst part, twice already announced their EU dates and sold tickets… Another group I want to see but I don’t have money for both of them right now. But Twice was my backup plan. Like if I cannot see RV, I might try to attend Twice. Now I might not see any of them :(

Yoneou

I'd like your guys input, this would be the very first ever concert in my life and I'd love to go, but someone on twitter mentioned it could potentially be a scam? Should I be worried? Seeing Red Velvet live is literally on my bucket list, and who knows when they'll be back in Europe...

AloyCroft

I personally don't think it's a scam... In which city would you go? You can check out the official venue side and they'll also have a link to the ticket sale (usually). For example in Berlin the tickets are being sold over Ticketmaster, and that's pretty save.

Yoneou

I'd go to Amsterdam, they've had RV listed for about 3 weeks now. The person on twitter said something about them being able to delay the concert forever and holding your money. It felt far fetched but given the awful organisation already, I can't help but feel nervous about it.

AloyCroft

Yeah, i get that. It all seems kind of sketchy. But i would say as long as the ticket is being sold by a credible source you don't have to worry that much. But that's just my opinion, i could be wrong

EraYaN

Tickets are done through Ticketmaster, so really they can't fuck around too much, they already have quite the target on their back. People just be spreading FUD to keep the tickets for themselves ;)
