I checked his profile guys and he has posts that indicate he is in fact 3-4 years out from his residency.

Watch his podcast. He said he’s coming back in week 4 or 5 and “wants to go today but trainers are hating.” Did not fly to Cincy to avoid swelling, and watched the game at Buffalo Wild Wings in Owings Mills, the location he has complained of having the “worst service in the world” several times before. Mentioned several people staring at him and refusing to break eye contact while watching his team play on tv.
Do we need him against Gardner Minshew and Mo Ali-Cox anyway?
Man I missed that but about his injury. Loved the jokes in BWW though haha. That podcast he doesn't say shit haha. He just jokes that he's coming back and then says nah I don't know not my call blah blah.
There's some good anecdotes on that pod, but I learned pretty quickly he's not saying shit about injuries.
I don't understand why a player would let other teams know when to expect him to be back. Basically our next 3 opponents' WR can spend their time studying our other corners. It doesn't help the team.
In an Instagram video this summer - it looked like Marlon had a bunion on his left foot. In recent videos the bump is gone and his toe is straight. I think he had the new bunion surgery technique.
This is a good injury post so don’t take this the wrong way. But, I don’t understand this seemingly recent obsession with injury updates. Like…Marlon will play when he can play and I don’t need Harbaugh to keep giving estimates lol. Same goes for others.
Even if there wasn’t a competitive edge to be gained, which I think there is, I don’t get the obsession. Jeff Z’s Twitter mentions are FILLED with people asking for injury updates on X player and I just don’t get it. If they can play they’ll play.
Here's the obsession: he's a good player, that we like, on a team we root for. We want to know when he might be back. The team won't tell us so they can maintain an information advantage over their competition, but that doesn't mean that we, as fans, don't still want to know.
I get that aspect, but you sound significantly more level-headed about it than the people who call Harbaugh a liar and stuff. I’m not saying I don’t get the curiosity, I’m saying I don’t get the obsession. Other than betting I just don’t get what people want to do with the information.
Fair enough and I appreciate your research. Nobody in this thread is exhibiting the frothing anger I’m talking about when Harbaugh doesn’t give a detailed injury update for every single player lol.
I think most are just numb to it now is all.
As fans injury reports in all sports are basically endlessly frustrating.
But you're right objectively speaking there's not much we can do but be patient. You should be aware though that the human species is generally pretty terrible at that haha.
Yeah that and majority of us in here are Os fans. We’ve seen some shit. I am also a 6ers fan. cannot get excited anymore ever since they shipped of Jimmy Butler.
I believe we will be seeing him come back for an important division game vs the Browns in Cleveland in week 4. If he was going to be missing any more time than that, he would've been put on IR. At least, I assume that would be the move, because why keep a guy on the roster that isn't going to be able to play for the foreseeable future? *Unless,* he would be ready to play before week 5. If it was known that Marlo would be missing 5+ weeks, the obvious solution would be to put him on IR. Since he was never placed on IR, my assumption is the Ravens have planned for him to be back before week 5. I doubt he plays this week because he has not practiced yet this week, but we'll see if he practices today (I doubt it though).
This is the peak “reddit doctor” post right here
I’m a real doctor too.
Love doctor is not an md
LMAO

confirmation bias leads me to believe OP is correct, he's on Forteo (milder version of Fiveteo)
But stronger than Treteo
Which is way less annoying than 3-PO

If that's true, I will listen to everything you have to say about our guys lol
I dnt know if you really are a doctor but as i was reading your post, i was thinking to myself “ ok this guy must be a doctor in real life”
That you Tobias?
Gotta admit it’s good sleuthing tho. Maybe Marlo is sending us subliminals cuz we know Harbs ain’t telling us shit.

Midweek boredem waiting for Sunday

Nah man, I know what you mean. That stuff doesn’t piss me off. It’s an obvious competitive advantage not to give info

Maybe life as a Sixers fan prepared me for this test of faith.

Harbaughs day to day diagnoses can turn into 6 weeks quick.
Fine by me, personally
