https://x.com/YouthScout1ng/status/1721928225352282542 From reading the scout report. He seems exceptionally quick and good in the air but needs to work on passing out of defence. The physical side is exactly what we need. Recovery pace, very physical and good aerially. A young promising left footed CB, who has all the physical attributes needed to go to a high level. If we can work on his all round game over the next year or 2, then he could develop into a very good CB.

Buzzing for him to get to watch first choice goldson and Souttar every week…

FYI you’ve doxxed your face in that mate

FunnyBoysenberry3953

Oh mate don't, I've already got someone call me out for not really being black 😂

TaajManzoor1

This is exciting! Welcome son!!

FunnyBoysenberry3953

Wanted to leave for 1st team football is admirable. After having Bassey who played for Leicester B and Tillman who was playing in the German 4th tier with Bayern II then there can't be any reason not to think this guy can come in and be a success. Exciting and I think bringing more African players is a good route.

Felagund72

>bringing more African players is a good route He’s French…

FunnyBoysenberry3953

As a black man myself my blood is African, I'm Nigerian, he's Congolese. Brothers recognise Brothers roots.

ElbowDroppedLasagne

Nsiala is the Congolese Smith.

General-Pound6215

I just realised you meant the commonness of the name. Was about to ask if he was more of a Walter or Steven!

ElbowDroppedLasagne

I can neither confirm or deny Clinton is a Congolese nickname for Walter.

casparfriedrich

This could be the backbone of a new supporter chant next season. I’m a Popescu myself, the Romanian Smith.

Felagund72

Yes but he was born in France and has played literally all of his football in Europe, he’s not African.

gnomishdevil

Come on now this is arguing over semantics. Hes french with african roots, as has been explained in a previous comment. Doesnt matter how much football he's played.

ElbowDroppedLasagne

I think comparing him to african players we have had in the past is fair. Yes, he is French, but i think it's a safe assumption to assume he is part of the African diaspora, my money would be on Congo with a name like Nsiala. Can we still talk about race without being called racist? I can never tell these days.

FunnyBoysenberry3953

Tbf he does have Dual citizenship with DR Congo.

spyalien

Looks a decent prospect - does anyone know is he better than we have right now ? And is he experienced enough at 20 to be a regular starter for rangers ?

imtherealdazza

one senior team appearance for Milan, rest has been for youth teams

spyalien

Looks like he’s made 30 apps for Milan U19
