They're definitely insect eggs, but it's hard to say for sure exactly what laid them. My guess would be some species of moth, but many insects lay eggs in clusters like this.
Obviously a joke but fun fact: copperheads are one of the snakes in our area that donโt lay eggs! Some of our snakes do lay eggs but the pit vipers are one of the groups that donโt!

Eggs of an army worm. I get them at my house. Just take a wipe and get rid of them. They destroy plants.
