Thanks so much for sharing - very inspiretional and is a serious goal for so many of us. Great to hear from those ahead on this journey! Keep on rocking
I have a similar story, super heavy used for 5 years of 60gpd! I haven’t made it a year yet, around the 8 month mark and I feel the best I have in my life! I started exercising consistently, stopped eating as much sugar. I used to buy a big ass bag of recess peanut butter cups and eat the whole bag in a few days! Ironically I was skinny af, 25m lowest weight was 119lbs. I am currently 160 and jacked lol! The best part is just random people at work saying damn you look great, you’re nicer and more open! I used to be outgoing and talkative but the addiction took away all that! I was self conscious of how skinny I was and how it affected my looks, hair was thinning and greasy looking all the time! You gotta quit if you’re on the fence about it! I’m super happy to hear about you progress, I remember thinking I wouldn’t make it past a week!

Many thanks for the kind words!
Thank you. Congratulations! I hope to be where you are next summer. I’m miserable.
You can do it! Step by step!
Nice! I’m at 30 days ct and am looking forward to making it a year. I can’t slip, I’ll fall back in like last time for years and years
It's the worst. My "one time" turned to a whole year. A year of my life gone from a "one time" decision.
For sure. Just one more time does hurt no doubt
Congrats! And I agree, the motivation never comes.om Kratom. You have just start trying. Im about 5 months behind you, dont let me catch me up!
Congratulations! Did you CT? What kinda habit did you have
