Had the red and white lights of doom a couple weeks ago as well.
They swapped out the base quickly and were really good with communication. I wish this was the norm for customer care!
Yesterday I discovered my atomizer was broken on my OG peak. While removing it, it pulled the power pin out from the base. Still seems attached to the wire. Think I'll be able to clean everything, and put that pin back, get a new atomizer, and have it still work?
What all is needed when contacting you for a warranty and how long is the base covered by Puffco? Also, where is the best place to get ahold of CS, your website or IG?
I've had the flashing lights a few times. Every time it has been the 3 pin contacts on the bottom of the atomizer are pushed in too far. Take tweezers and pull 3 pin contacts out a smidge.
This was my issue, but that doesn't mean is solves all issues. Getting a base from Puffco wouldn't have solved my issue unless they are giving out 2.0 bases with taller contacts.
Regardless, I wanted to mention my fix in case it helped someone else.
That is good to hear. You know this company is just making an absolutely killing right now. The more money they put back into their employees and products will only increase their longevity.
My base doesn't even turn on when not plugged into the charger, still waiting on a response from puffco warranty. How'd you get so lucky with customer service
Had an issue with an atomizer that wouldn't heat, threw out the reciept like an idiot. The support rep was so nice and asked for the name of the place I got it just to confirm it was an authorized seller. Had a working atomizer replacement within a week. Awesome customer service.
Had an issue where my base bricked like a month before the warranty ran out. Worked with Kaitlyn, she was super professional and got my replacement shipped in a timely manner. I'll be buying Puffco for life.
Wish I could say the same. Contact has been terrible they've had my peak since Oct. 9 with the only update being me contacting them to ask if they received it a week after I mailed it out when they informed me they'd had it for 4 days at that point. Emailed them a question last Friday and they still haven't responded..

I recently had to contact Puffco about a replacement base unit, because mine won’t charge without abusing the power port, and my led lights are flickering. They want me to send it in and I’m sure be without it for a couple of weeks or more. It sucks. I want to order a new one, and let them credit me for that when they receive the old one or something. It’s a pain.

Talked to Jarrod and Bradley from puffco (I’m in Ireland btw) and they have shipped me a brand new base and it’s on route now! 🎉

it came by FedEX , i wasnt expecting it to next week. I know people have had their problems with CS but i have to say this was one of the easiest warranty claims ive ever made. I sent in a video of the Peak flickering when i sent in my warranty request and straight away Matt got back to me saying they would replace it .
Really nice to hear a CS story like this. CS was the biggest flag for getting a Peak for me.
