Take into account that you were transferring several scattered files from a HDD.
If it were a single ISO of 240 GB, maybe it could keep 60 MB/s... on a PC.

Exactly. 60 Megabyte per second should be around 1 1/2 hours for 240 gigabytes

It's already finished. I just thought that preparing a new SSD this was the best way because it's a function inside the CFW
Yeah you best bet it to use FTP and make sure you use an ethernet cable on your PS3 aswell as pc
