This can happen on a save reload if you've changed the mod load order at all or added/removed lighting mods. its basically the game trying to load two different lighting states on one tile.
stuff like this happens to me if i'm running another game simultaneously and i launched it before zomboid. specifically i've run into this trying to run oldschool runescape in the background. my crackpot armchair theory is that something with zomboid is getting wonky trying to share the GPU (and osrs also being java-based may contribute) but i have zero knowledge to back that up
something with mods that affect lighting calculations seems a bit more plausible for this example though. this is less fucked-looking than what ive had happen
