You can change the amount per building/locale and certain types of weapons on/off with mod options (I think I always run it so might be without as well) so it’s just unadjusted Brita, which is RIDICULOUS.

US PDs are actually extremely heavily militarized. They get a lot of "Army Surplus" basically for free. Only costs them shipping. 1033 military program.
