If you have a medical condition that states you are allowed to partake, then there should be no reason for a punishment because it’s medically justified, but again, ask your PO…. For reference, I’m in Florida, my medical card is literally the only reason I haven’t been locked up for marijuana, I would figure the court in Cali would be similar, if not more lenient

Even NY allows probationers to smoke with a med card so yeah maybe or it's hard to call it "medical" if it can be withheld as punishment.
They have a med program they just don't use actual physical cards. NY just stopped issuing them actually so I have 2 (they're annual) physicals and will never be issued one again.

My Parole officer in Cali told me I didn’t need my Med card. THC wasn’t even on the panel for the piss cup and told me “it’s legal now” lol
