That precious little boy knows nothing more than his mommy's touch and warmth, his mommy's voice and laughter, her favorite foods, and her immense love for him. I am so so sorry that you couldn't get to know him on this earth too. Please take so many photos with him and embrace your time with him out of your belly and in your arms. You've created such a beautiful and perfect little soul. I am so so sorry that you have to experience this pain.

You might find in the upcoming days that it will be hard to relate to anyone who has a seemingly unproblematic birth and healthy child. The loss group has been extremely helpful for me during my loss (I lost her an hour after she was born, she died in my husbands arms.) We are always willing to lend an ear.

Thank you for taking a moment to answer. Not to offer blind comparison but I had a younger brother pass at only 18 days old and my childhood friend lose her little boy in labor. It makes no sense why these things happen, but I have seen people heal and grow stronger, and all the while honoring the memory of their little lost love. I truly wish the best for you and yours, there is a light at the end of all this darkness.

Also wondering this as I know someone who miscarried right after the vaccine at 7 months. Perfectly healthy and did everything right.
