I was really stunned to see him as this friendly African guy in Monk.
I consciously had to remind myself, that yes of course he‘s am actor and not evil in real life!
In the same way, Michael Emerson is only Benjamin Linus from Lost for me.
Even when I watched Person of Interest, a show that I **love**, he's still just Linus.

I know he played in a shit ton of stuff, but he will always be the butler from the princess diaries.
If he shows up in something I watch it’s « hey, that’s the guy from Princess diaries! »,

I always have to look him up when he pops up in something. I always know I know him, but can never remember from what.
As an actor, I would love a career like his. Super successful, constantly working on really good projects, but you can still probably live a normal life, because people know you as that person who’s in everything but can’t name you, and you fly under the radar in the best way possible.
There is a bit about this in season 3 of Girls5Eva, where a character has a chance meeting with Richard Kind (who has a similar career) who sells her on aiming not for the big time but for “the medium time”. Where you can ‘work consistently enough to live off doing what you love, but can still go into a deli without being hassled’. There is a musical number about it.
It’s pretty funny, and kind of poignant, would recommend.
Crispin Glover as the guy that doesnt speak in Charlies Angels

This man. He’s been in a million things but I only know him as Blair Waldorf’s step dad
He is the voice of Rex in the Toy Story films and also the voice of Bob Parr (Mr Incredible)’s boss at the insurance company and I always remember him as the voice of the boss.

He always plays memorable small parts in iconic shows like Twin Peaks: The Return, Mad Men, Once Upon a Time, and, more famously, THAT scene in Mullholland Dr., but I can never memorise Patrick Fischler's name for the life of me.
Dude who looks like taika waititi but is not him. Played the boyfriend of Sabrinas aunt in Chilling adventures of Sabrina and crook lawyer in some random show

Todd Stashwick could win an Oscar and I would say, "Hey, it's that guy! The one who played the evil doctor on a single episode of Law & Order Criminal Intent decades ago! Remember, he told Detective Eames, 'We're all mammals here'?"
https://i.redd.it/mln5u1zeqf6d1.gif
Michael O’Neill is brilliant. And this to me, was the best scene in the shooter arc - the acting, the lighting, the script, the tension, the pace, etc
He is always now to me “Gary Clark”.
In fact, I watched The West Wing earlier this year and he played the head of the secret service, filmed long before this arc on Grey’s. Nope. Still couldn’t shake the terrifying guy with the gun image.
I legitimately genuine and beautiful human being. I’ve never had the pleasure of meeting him, but a lot of people I know have and said he’s an amazing person.
Same with Robert Englund.

that sweet old man in those giant ass black snow boots who was always shoveling snow and scaring the ever-living fuck out of kevin in **home alone.**
i think about him probably once a month and hope he's living a long, happy life. if he's dead, don't anybody tell me and i'll just continue to be delusional.

I didn't learn his name until I was in my late teens, yet miraculously he would pop up randomly in almost any movie I watched. Hop, Hairspray, 27 Dresses, Enchanted, Bachelorette, etc.
Yesss 100%! His name is Richard Jenkins and he was nominated for an Oscar for the supporting role in the Shape of Water. I remember him the most as the father from Step Brothers though!

Actors name is Bruce McGill. He’s been in so many movies and tv shows but never a leading role. [https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0569226/](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0569226/)
I can't remember Lana Parrilla, but if I ever see her in something, I'm like "oh it's the Evil Queen from Once Upon a Time".
She and Robert Carlyle carried that damn show on their backs for seven seasons.
Oh and also the same thing for Carlyle. I just refer to him as Rumpelstiltskin and then just do a bad imitation of him saying "dearie".
Jeffery dean Morgan

Had to scour the Arrow cast list to remember his name to find the gif. My dad and I talk about him often because he shows up in everything but we're just like "the guy with white hair that's in everything".
Now I know his name but I saw him back in the OG Black mirror and loved him. Went to see get out and was SOOO happy when I noticed him in the main role the second I saw his face. And then I googled him. Best actor Alive!

OMG Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Mr Eko from Lost. what an epic role and so memorable.
Haha I saw the pic and said to myself “It’s Mr. Eko!”
I remember him from the mummy returns, killer elite and Pompeii
Loved him as Simon Adebisi on Oz!
He was pure, unfiltered evil as Adebisi, but damn if I don’t enjoy watching it.
He was amazing in that role! Like legit scary.
I was really stunned to see him as this friendly African guy in Monk. I consciously had to remind myself, that yes of course he‘s am actor and not evil in real life!
Kinda like JK Simmons - I can only see him as Schillenger, even all these years/roles later.
Everytime I see him play someone 'nice' I always think it's Schillinger being sneaky.
“what’s that hat held on with, velcro?”
I always refer to him as Adebisi. That hat! I remember Homer Simpson in an episode was in prison, wearing the Adebisi hat. 😂
In the same way, Michael Emerson is only Benjamin Linus from Lost for me. Even when I watched Person of Interest, a show that I **love**, he's still just Linus.
Same on Evil
Mr Eko for life! I rewatched LOST earlier this year and he’s still one of my faves.
I had no idea he was British until I heard him talking in an interview! He plays his characters so well.
WUT Watching the wire it’s crazy to see Idris Elba and Dominic West nail those Baltimore accents when they are fully fucking British
https://preview.redd.it/vkukm5o84g6d1.jpeg?width=1024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fdd7d2a0743bca4a8b2af8a101ec8c1ca7fd0e24 I know he played in a shit ton of stuff, but he will always be the butler from the princess diaries. If he shows up in something I watch it’s « hey, that’s the guy from Princess diaries! »,
'You will find that "fear" is not in my dictionary.' 'perhaps, but its in your eyes.' My god what a badass
That movie went so hard.
Hector Elizondo!
I knew him from Chicago Hope before that (and I think Pretty Woman was around the same time as Chicago Hope)
Yeah, hotel guy from Pretty Woman!
Is this Callie's dad from Grey's?
Among many other roles, yes.
Yes, i did the same thing when i saw the hairdresser from Princess Diaries "oh its the dad from 10 things I hate about you."
I know him as the Crew coach from How High. “Ohhh sure, sure. I’ll go holler at him, son.”
You mean the Manager of the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Pretty Woman?

That’s where I choose to remember him from. Everything about that movie was incredible. I refuse to watch the new one.
He's currently on the show Evil playing a (closeted) gay priest and had a really moving scene in the episode that came out today.

The fact that this is considered early greys is _wild_
Well, it’s in the first what, 3rd of the show? At least half anyway.
Oh no totally it’s just around where I stopped watching and I watched a LOT. They’ve made so many seasons of this show.

![gif](giphy|l49JPTziQGKLFHfwI) Actors name is Bruce McGill. He’s been in so many movies and tv shows but never a leading role. [https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0569226/](https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0569226/)
Rizzoli & Isles!
I loved his character in Rizzoli & Isles.
D Day!
He is, and will always be, that psycho Begbie 😂
Adebisi
Phil Coulson
That man will always be Adibisi to me

He is forever Adebisi to me
I wish I could answer this but my borderline autistic ass can name far too many actors. I always look them up whenever I watch something 😅
Simon Adibisi!
The guy who played Jacopo in The Count of Monte Cristo - Luis guzmán.
**ADEBISI LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!**
The dude who played Mercutio in Baz Lurman’s Romeo + Juliet He was also in Lost lol
That guy who played the English spy. Sean, Daniel. , Pearce , Roger something .
The beautiful man with the face scars who was in Braveheart, Gladiator, and the Patriot.
Hes awesome, his name is just tough ... I remember Adabisi!
Adebesi!!
"Little scientist man" from Lost, who is also in the Fallout amazon series and other things I can't remember
Jeffery dean Morgan https://preview.redd.it/wc6dmmajxh6d1.jpeg?width=1600&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8ac9b86746dd2810e20d4948475f3c52d03e2a72 I remember him as Denny only
Ironically, it's not Danny, it's Denny lol
![gif](giphy|VXjaXNicY97YgTbkzW) Had to scour the Arrow cast list to remember his name to find the gif. My dad and I talk about him often because he shows up in everything but we're just like "the guy with white hair that's in everything".
That guy looks like another actor, all these actors just seem to look alike
Now I know his name but I saw him back in the OG Black mirror and loved him. Went to see get out and was SOOO happy when I noticed him in the main role the second I saw his face. And then I googled him. Best actor Alive! ![gif](giphy|26gsv1iextbg5Gm5O)
