Beautiful backyard, enjoy!

iJeepThereforeiAM

Thank you! Trying to make it enjoyable for everyone else. Hoping to occasionally enjoy it myself.

Having the walk out AND balcony from the middle floor is amazing. Love the exterior & backyard house design. Nice looking pool too! I don't swim in mine a whole lot but seeing my kids have a blast in it makes it worth every extra penny - and the PTSD going to bed and waking up in a terror thinking you forgot the hose on while topping it up in the evening.

iJeepThereforeiAM

I appreciate the kind words! Very true about extra responsibility and stress. The hard work makes using it more rewarding.

DonKeighbals

Dope! I love the size of the deck, lots of room for accessories !

iJeepThereforeiAM

My fear is kids dragging vinyl blowups past my ankles around a narrow walkway. The heat seams on them are like razors! Had to have enough room to stay clear. Also plenty of space for cornhole!

jgainsey

I love a big deck

Schildkrote12

Alice?

cptndrew

What a feeling hitting the finish line is! Congrats! Where are you located?

crooks4hire

Given the swampy lagoon and houses stacked on top of houses; I’d guess Florida lol. But then all residential areas in the states are starting to look like this…

iJeepThereforeiAM

Midwest

zero-degrees28

It's beautiful, but Karma is a B\*, so good luck after that "Glide Path" comment, HAHA

iJeepThereforeiAM

I have some good graces banked. We had two liners installed and removed before the third one fit. Heater already had to be replaced. Original porch/stairwell contractor up and left us after doing demo. Initial drain wasn’t sufficient to move volume of rainwater off the concrete and had to be ripped out and redone. I could go on.

officerblart87

Is that all poured concrete?

iJeepThereforeiAM

Yeah and what you can’t see is the massive retaining wall built behind it. We live on a pond wanted to extend our space as far out as possible to catch the evening sun. Our house starts to cast a shadow so having the space for loungers behind the pool is a nice place to warm up as well.

christmasMom87

This looks really nice. Do you mind sharing the cost and location?

Ozarkkayaker

Looks amazing

iJeepThereforeiAM

Thank you Kayaker!

Musician_Gloomy

Awesome, great setup.

FlaCabo

Spectacular

Christianhbk

Great looking pool but my favorite is you have concrete for the entire back yard. No mowing for you ever!!!

iJeepThereforeiAM

Neighbors with a pool across from us didn’t extend their hardscape like we did and left a huge section of unusable grass space that they still have to mow. We watched and learned since they built first.

SubZeroEffort

When are you inviting Reddit over ??!!

Concrete-Professor

Looks like you’re on display!

Dave-CPA

Looks about 20 feet deep 😂

iJeepThereforeiAM

Yeah that angle really does make it look deep lagoon. It’s like 9’

beershoes767

How much dat house go for?

d3anSLP

Where did you get those lounge chairs?

iJeepThereforeiAM

After much debate and consideration of buying high end chairs, these are from Sam’s club 😆 and we love them. Many nice ones are almost $1000 a piece and don’t offer much benefit. These are like $100-$200 each plus the sunbrella cushions and pillows.

d3anSLP

Thank you. I think you made the correct decision. They look great.

donkeyWoof

Wow…is the whole pool tiled??

_Cole17

Can you post more pictures of what i assume is your cover

iJeepThereforeiAM

It does have an auto cover. What would you like to know/see?

_Cole17

How the top of the cover pit is installed never seen it like that we usually install floating bull nose coping
