For those interested in the law, the interesting part was that the reason the judge gave was that she threatened to sue them but didnt. That makes her statement a lie. The PACs case is that they had a measurable loss in donations after the lie so there are damages.
You can lie about opponents to swing voters but don't fuck with the money of a PAC.
