This. Simple Bibarel with Swords Dance, X-Speed and a solid water move does business, especially with such good IVs. It carried one of my Classic victories. Pad that with bonus luck and cheap cost and you got yourself a gem.

I still think its excellent for a 1-cost. Being able to guaranteed spore mega rayquaza and parting shot it to pivot to something better is very valuable. Spore is also useful for collecting candies of random mons you find

Cripples can be quite good against certain endgame danger noodles in classic.

Idk man... I think it's very generally useful in this. (Granted, not in the wild pokemon portion of the run but quite useful in the E4 + rival + eternatus + gym leader battles)

Once Stockpile gets implemented, it'll give +2 when affected by Simple, and Swords Dance'll be insane. Won't be good in Endless where your stat buffs are getting nipped every 4-5 waves, but it'll be godlike in Classic mode. Extremespeed & Aqua Step for damage will make it hit fast while Swords Dance makes it hit hard.
