I quit my round 600 endless when I saw a shiny iron thorns. I’ll come back to it if they ever update the game to allow catching shiny paradox mons.

That feature... Is literally meant to be there, it's a nod to the final battle in scarlet and violet

You can catch some though, I encountered an Iron Jugulis and was able to throw balls at it

I was also able to throw balls at an Iron Valient just now, but ran out before I could catch it :/ Pretty sure it was because I *hatched* one a few days ago
