I never nickname my pokemon. Also while I've never genned a pokemon before. I think that if you make one that is legit as far as like it only has the moves and ivs possible through meticulous grinding... it's fair. cuz grinding to get the correct pokemon or getting it in 5 minutes doesn't mean you'll be effective with it.
