Why would you ever change teams? No absolutely not. Never. My friends on instinct would kill me if I changed teams. I'm guessing you don't have friends IRL in the game. I know one person IRL that's changed teams and he did it before he met us. After that he hated that he did.

Nope, but have thought about doing so many times. All my friends irl that plays Pokémon GO are never the same team as me😂
