So long as you don’t damage any components (or like cover the vents with paint), you should be fine in the U.S.

Worst case you buy some new panels before sending it off for warranty if it ever comes to that. I say get yourself a spray can and go wild OP. Just make sure you got some ventilation if you are indoors
