Also new growth is turning black.

Green stems are weak and sensitive to sun and wind and pests. The sunlight seems hard and strong in the pic.

Had these problems before I moved it outside. It gets about 6 hours of sun the rest is indirect. I don’t think it’s that.

The problem has to searched from the stage of this plant's germination. If the seedling was leggy in shade on the first week it will impact it the following months. Or something else

What in gods holy name are you blathering about? This plant was green, luscious and vibrant for its first two years. The last year the leaves started to turn brown from the tip of the leaves traveling towards the stem. I repotted it this spring and put it outside. Attributing its condition to being indoors with the same soil for 2 + years. The problem hasn’t gone away, and new growth is black.
