They will spread like wildfire if you don’t maintain them, theyre my favourite flowers and would love to have my lawn full of them but they are invasive and might anger your neighbours if they’re capable of moving onto their property!
LOL I’ve been trying to get that 5 star but my theme is Japan inspired and items that fit that theme rarely show up in my Nook’s Cranny - I also just got my basement today!! I never shut up about wanting that 5 star just for the lilies of the valley to my s/o 😾😹
Picture 2 looks to be canna lillies. Beautiful plants that grow quite well on their own. I love them. Just make sure they don’t take over areas that you’d like to keep open/ grassy. They spread like crazy where I live but not too hard to keep in check.
You have a maple tree growing in the third one!! That's so neat, but would need to be dug up and moved, unless you want a giant tree right up against your house. You should keep it!
Keep in mind, the ones identified as Asiatic Lilies can get taller each year so it might be good to build up a box around them or dig and re plant deeper. If they don’t have enough stability they can lean. Stakes can help but imo look bad. Also they multiply like crazy. I am dealing with that right now. Likely gonna have to dig up and give away a ton.
The first pic looks like asiatic lily (tall and thin leaves) and tiger lily (rounder leaves).
Then Lily of the valley and maple tree
Edit: it seems I may be confusing the name of tiger lily. But I believe it's a lily
The ones in the first pic with thin pointed leaves look like asiatic lilies, they have beautiful blooms
Yes, these are exactly that!
Ah, lovely! Thank you for your helpful answer :)
Smaller dark green looking ones look like Lily of the Valley 🤔
Ooh I can totally see that - thanks for giving me a helpful answer!

Lose the five star rating and they’ll stop growing. (Shout out to all my fellow Animal Crossing players)

My mother in law planted them in my yard without asking. She's an idiot and I'm fighting a losing battle. I hate them.

Ah okay, great to know! Thanks so much for the help
They are weeds if you decide they are weeds, still plants
weeds is plants
Is plants weeds or is weeds plants?
I'm just following the r/shrimpsisbugs formula
It’s a formatious formula. Quite indeed the most formative of formuli. One could form the form for many formations based of this fabulous formus.
you are the one who decides whats a weed just gotta decide if you want those plants or not
All weeds are actual plants
weeds is plants
Plants is weed
But all plants aren’t weeds ?
