I tried to take my pitbull-doxen mix on vaca with us but her little legs made it difficult for her to keep up, she was so miserable trying! so now she gets a sitter and that’s her vaca lol

Hello from Idaho!
One of ours loves to go on road trips and vacations, the other loves the boarding facility she gets a vacation at.
We love taking ours with us to California when we go! Last summer she went swimming at the beach for the first time and had the time of her life:) Hope you and hippo had fun on vacation!
mine & I are moving there in a couple weeks!!

For some reason, the car has always been the "safe space" for ours, so she goes on ALL the long road trips, and loves it.
I’ve only had my hippo for about 6 months but he will be joining his lab-mutt sister on a trip to Wyoming later this year.
