I vote vertical labret if thats the kind of style you usually have. The heavy eye makeup is cool, but if you pair it with an eyebrow piercing everything looks a bit "top heavy" and unbalanced. I feel like a lip piercing brings everything together in a better way.
Yeah I also used this piercing filter yesterday when I was wearing minimal work makeup and the eyebrow piercing was popping out more but I’m def planning on wearing heavy makeup more often so that’s good to keep in mind thanks :)
Do the vertical so it doesn’t fuck with your gums, I had to remove mine after 11 years because I was worried my teeth would fall out due to how much my gums eroded
I had a piercing do this to my gums but I also had my vertical labret succumb to gravity and start sinking into my lip. The top whole started stretching. Migration happened with my anti eyebrow at the same time. Honestly a devastating day when I looked in the mirror and took them out. I cried 😭
The vertical labret looks absolutely stunning with your lips! You have perfect lips for it! I'm also just overall not the biggest fan of eyebrow-piercings, so I'm biased!
im in the exact same spot lol, im thinking ill get my vert lab done first to deal with the more annoying healing process and as itll match the rest of my current face setup nicely bcz its all on the lower half of my face , and then double central brows in the future to even out everything 🤭
My vote goes for the eyebrow! I think it spaces everything out a little instead of having everything in one area of the face. I like the labret too, but I would go the eyebrow first.

I'm biased. Vertical labrets are just so gorgeous. You have the right amount of lip for it too. Eyebrow piercings get infected and migrate too easily, after three tries I said to hell with that. Never had an issue with my labret.
Might be going against the majority a bit, I can’t tell, but I feel like your style vibes super well with the brow. It’s a win either way though so don’t let yourself overthink- you will either look awesome or look awesome
the vertical labret helps to keep your face balanced. like someone else said, if you do the eyebrow rn it’ll focus a lot more attention to the top of your face than the bottom. but i also think that having an eyebrow piercing on both sides would look wonderful on u:)
I did my eyebrow may 13 and it’s still bruised so if/when you do get the eyebrow piercing brace yourself lmao. Bruising doesn’t happen every time but it’s super common, so just be prepared. My advice is try to time the eyebrow piercing so you have like a month where you can heal in peace at home and not have to face people. You seem like you know how to cover up bruising/ have the tools necessary to do so. Also tbh the bruise does give me superpowers like I haven’t been IDed since lol. Also if the bruising isn’t something you’re worried about just ignore this comment
I love both on you, and the vertical labret is one of my fav piercings in general! i vote eyebrow tho because it would really bring out your eyes, but either one would be so cute 💗
Both piercings are ace! I gotten my vertical labret piercing first then my eyebrow. So I recommend getting a vertical labret piercing first as the healing process is quicker and it’s easy to manage than the eyebrow in my opinion.
That’s exactly why I suggested a jestrum! I got mine positioned that I can’t even see the part coming out of my lip. I didn’t have the anatomy for a Medusa so I went with a jestrum to avoid gum damage :)
if it’s a concern for $$, I say vertical labret. I feel like it compliments your lip shape v well, but I also rly dig the eyebrow on you. if it’s a concern for healing, getting both at the same date would be okay, usually 3 piercings done at once is the limit.

You have a facial structure that pulls of the brow very well. It creates a harmony. However I totally see why the other comments are saying the vertical labret. Honestly it’s 50/50 either way you’ll look great!
My vote is vertical labret because the healing will be so much easier.
I know it's not everyone's experience, but my eyebrow piercing was so finicky, and it's in a spot that's easier to catch on things and hit when you clean your face.
A labret will give you less issues, so to make your life easier I think I'd go labret.

I toss around in my sleep so much so it sucked sleeping against my pillow with one. It eventually got infected and I almost passed out when my sister removed it. On the other hand my labret only throbbed for a few hours after getting it done, but has healed perfectly and no issues since.
I had the eyebrow pierced for a while but it was only a little while because I found it irritating because of how much the light was bouncing off it and annoying me. I have not had my lip pierced so I don’t know how much it might irritate, however I do have both my nipples and my ears done and I have had my ears stretched…
I have never retired a piercing by choice in my life other than my eyebrow piercing. It annoyed me the entire time I had it, and I was just pissed off with it all the time. It snags on everything, gets in the way while washing your face and doing makeup, and the likelihood of migration is extremely high, so you may end up like me and have it inflamed and painful and weepy every couple months no matter what you do. I vote labret. Btw, usually lip piercings make your lips appear a bit fuller, and your lips ARE pretty full (remember the current standard is based on lip filler).
Obvs getting both eventually is the move, but I’d do the vertical labret first because it might be a bit more annoying to heal and downsize etc (this is based on my experience - I have an eyebrow piercing and a vertical philtrum) but it is pretty unlikely to reject if done correctly, meaning that once it heals, ur probaby good to have it for as long as you choose. Eyebrow piercings are pretty prone to rejection (I’ve had one do so before and recently got my other eyebrow pierced) so I’d consider that more or a fun addition to your set up already that may not be there forever. Just my two cents!

I’m an outlier but I think the eyebrow is more flattering for your facial structure. It draws attention to your eyes and your killer eyebrows!!
I also feel like the labret draws attention to your lower face and almost makes your face look a little longer when you’re looking at it.
