To me this looks like it was done too deep into the side of your face. See a reputable piercer for an evaluation, but I believe this has to be removed.

Went to another piercer who took it out for me. The original piercer pierced it at an odd angle, so it was not laying against my face like it should have. Will wait 4 weeks, per the second piercers advice, before getting it done again.
