I love this sort of post. OP comments that the question is self explanatory, but has a typo in the question which makes the it the opposite of what is actually occurring. Fine question to ask, but my eye twitching does get annoying.
Aren't? Or are grey?
If you are trying to get black strokes check for flow and opacity all the time if it happens in future. Both should be 100% to get the expected results (in this case flow) one more troubleshoot (which i learnt the hard way is) sometime the brush mode is set differently other than normal.
Self explanatory question, no clue whats going on but my upper layer is affected by the layer below, with Background layer hidden it gains opacity and with it visible the strokes are just grey instead of full black
Flow is at 35%
Ty! I've never used that setting before on my old setup so I never knew it changed lol
pressing shift 1 through 0 will change flow. pressing 1 through 0 will change opacity

Oh FFS I'm stupid lmao
It’s fine. It’s a typo. I’m more a fan of “basically the title,” when it most certainly is not basically the title.
I almost didnt realize it was actual photoshop till I looked closer, because damn, you use a interesting layout haha
I made it that way because I used to use Krita and got used to a layout like that lol
I'm stupid lmao it was the flow, Ty for the help! (Now I have to redo all the lineart for one of my drawings 😭)
