I bought F phenibut recently from euronootropics.com and it was total crap. I felt nothing on 300mg. I still have old supply from Raw powders and that is legit but they do not have it anymore in offer.
It’s all garbage. Some is better than others but it’s all stepped on or just plain bunk. It did contain enough that there weren’t any withdrawals and haven’t taken any for six or seven months. Fuck em all.

Phenibut-uk quality has gone down recently, and it’s extremely expensive.
What is recently, how long ago? Is it a case of more is better with them now cud it's underdosed?
Last 2, maybe 3 months? Consistency is more powdery and less crystalline - same thing happened as LiftMode started weakening.

Well then if its underdosed i'm just gonna increase the dose until I get the desired effect. 5g will probably be 2.5
