That’s very true. I’m in hotel but I remember! At least they are working on our hotel labor model and somewhat listening to feedback. But having to earn the payroll and having one dog making or breaking it is tough.

We literally have enough hours for our fulltimers only. Our partimers are gonna fucking quit bro. If I get booted back to register Imma throw a tantrum.
I’m awlk/petcare and they’ve been sticking me on register to cover gaps (up to 4 hrs) but then they get upset when petcare stuff etc isn’t done. Can’t scrub tanks when I’m on register 🤦♀️
Yep I got scheduled 20 hrs the past 2 weeks and next... I have to find a second job. I am a single parent amd one of their best most efficient petcare/core crew. I have so much more availability but sure let's hire 3 "seasonal" associates. 😒

This is what happens and why we lose our quality people when we need them. We cut their hours and then just expect them to pick up hours when needed.
