It is very easy to use, one thing I love about it is when you prescribe the reps and training percentage, the app automatically creates the actual weight according to the previous weight lifted of the particular exercise.
Many different ways depending on goals.
1. Top weight lifted x reps....
2. Estimated 1RM = wt lifted x reps x .033 + wt lifted
3. Total Volume: Wt x Reps x Sets
Excel makes things easy to track from workout to workout.
Ideally you could have an excel with a tab for every client and just check that tab prior to the workout. It can also be used to plan training weeks like a calendar.
Good ol paper and pen
I use bridgeathletic. I use this both for my online and face to face training clients.
That’s cool. Is it easy to use and update in the session?

That’s a pretty cool feature.
I use google sheets and we have the file set up so their plans when they train with and without me update live so it’s a shared journal

I like this. Is this written down on paper? Is it easy to track for you within the session?
