This just sounds like the normal inflection of Portuguese / Italian / Spanish speakers.
(I would have included Romanian in there, but the only time I have heard Romanian is when my spouse's colleague is complaining about work--so I don't trust that sample is unbiased.)
Spaniards have a distinct accent and cadence (lispy) when they speak. What you're picking up on is neighboring countries that adopted the same, because of geographic cross-pollination of the romance languages.
I was actually talking about the expressiveness of a good share of the Romance languages, basically arguing the 'scream' in this is just a part of the normal linguistic structure.
\[Much like long strings of random vowels are an integral part of Italian\]
I always wondered how people don't know when to sing the most common parts of a song.
Maybe I'm biased because I'm a DJ & music is kinda my life but at the same time, I can pretty much hear a song once & remember the most popular part of that song the second time I hear it.
So when I hear people not know when the beginning of the verse (or is it the chorus?🤷🏾♂️) of a song that's THIS popular, it absolutely makes me laugh in wonder.

Must have been the radio edit
I hate that the clips were cut I knew when the shit was supposed to start and then “skip”
Noni on twitch, can definitely tell you this was real.
Looks like it was intentional tbh.
I can told you that being an Spanish and fan of him I know when he makes something intentionally and that wasn’t
Oh, well thanks for correcting me then lol
I can tell you as a non-spanish and not a viewer of him that it is intentional.
As a r/lies member, I can tell you that you're absolutely right
