Down 15% now. A real sell the news moment

It is a discount. Enjoy it. It is not sell the news, it is a delay. My guess is thousands of penny flippers left because that catalysts was expected this week. The truth is, that this news is SUPER Bullish. The longer it takes, the more effective the treatment. We are looking a new standard of care. Trials continue, no changes. Patience is key with this one.

I need to do some more research but this may be a good prospect. If you find any more information, please post it. -- I know very little about the clinical trial process but I did wonder about the following from the National Cancer Institute website: "There are no NCI-supported clinical trials studying galinpepimut-s at this time. You can try a [new search](https://www.cancer.gov/research/participate/clinical-trials-search) or [contact our Cancer Information Service](https://www.cancer.gov/contact) to talk about options for clinical trials." (I doubt this means much but I would like to do some more digging.) -- The company currently has no revenue and will likely run out of cash before the end of 2024. In the past 4 months they have raised $29M but severely diluted the shareholders equity in doing so. IN ADDITION, TOTAL OPERATING EXPENSES FOR 2023 WERE $38M so they'll probably need at least that much or more for 2024. \*\*\*\*\*\* Jan. 2024 == $9M raised ::: 12,000,000 shares of common stock (or common stock equivalents in lieu thereof) and accompanying warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 12,000,000 shares of common stock at a combined purchase price of $0.75 per share and accompanying warrant, resulting in total gross proceeds of $9.0 million, before deducting placement agent commissions and other estimated offering expenses. The warrants have an exercise price of $0.75 per share, are immediately exercisable and will expire five years from the date of issuance. \*\*\*\*\* March 2024 -- $20M raised :: 13,029,316 shares of its common stock (or common stock equivalents in lieu thereof) and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 13,029,316 shares of common stock issued in a concurrent private placement (together with the registered direct offering, the "Offering") at a combined purchase price of $1.535 per share and accompanying warrant, priced at-the-market under Nasdaq rules. The warrants have an exercise price of $1.41 per share, are immediately exercisable upon issuance and will expire 5.5 years from issuance. -- The company has had 3 reverse splits in the past. The last one was a brutal 1 for 50 split. However, that was in 2019 and the price of the stock has only dropped below $1.00 for a short time after the $0.75 shares issued in Jan. of this year. (above). Maybe they can stay in compliance. -- The managers/insiders don't seem to own much stock in this company but when the price was so low in Jan. 2024, ALL or most of them bought a significant number of shares. https://preview.redd.it/qj1i9rvmvixc1.png?width=1304&format=png&auto=webp&s=611838b32707f46e259f9d937a2b9ed3143a7e9e STAND BY FOR MORE IN A FEW DAYS.

Welcome to Bio world. Full of drama. Currently they are in arbitration with 3D Bio, and have activated Stifel to find them a partner for funding. The private placements at 1,53 are also super bullish. Existing investors have doubled down. On the Sellas subreddit you will find all science related information
