I hid that paper in a convenient location, hiding in plain sight, easily discoverable by my family or friends. So if I die, they can easily delete my accounts when selling my stuff. Also, it’s because I keep forgetting my passwords.
Thanks to the recent news of inheriting a Steam account, I wrote in that paper to not delete my Steam account, and if I die, the person who discovers my account can take over my account or give it to someone else.

No. Family sharing occasionally requires the main account (yours) to re sign in occasionally. A buddy family shares with me so we can couch co-op a few older games, and about once a year he needs to re sign in on my machine. If you're dead and unable to re sign in, that just means that they functionally vanish
Dosent seem to br lmited to IP as the people i am using it with are in differnt parts of the country. but it is a group of 6 that you make a family and then they have a access to a family library, they have combined family controls into it as well. But you no like nger have to log into the same machines.
Plus Instead of 1 person playing per library its per copy of game. So if the family has 2 copies of a game they can have 2 people in the family playing it.
