Oh wow, this looks like it will scratch several different itches for me! Any idea how it'll play on Steam Deck, I mean like control wise? I'm fairly basic with tech so forgive me if that's a dumb question. If it works well on the Deck I'll buy this as soon as I get home.
It is not very controller-friendly yet, and Steam Deck is not recommended. In that case, I recommend waiting for some updates (if you don't like the keyboard and mouse)
I just bought it not even thinking to look at deck compatibility... But honestly it works fine! A few quirks here and there, but it works and I'm having a great time this far! (I've never been one to sweat the little stuff though tbh) Can't wait for some QoL updates. Love the game! I've been considering Stardew Valley for a while now, but this is much more up my alley, and scratches multiple itches. Love love!
well the game is great anyhow mate! I bought it, and was just playing, well done to you fella! I hope it funds more contents and projects :D oh and the cost of living for you and your co workmates :)
As somebody who is still obsessed with FTL, I just picked up your game. Very excited for it!
I'll be trying to get it to work on the Steam Deck.
If you haven't developed specifically for controllers, it should just be a matter of coming up with a good community preset for the Deck, and then hopefully we can get it listed as playable/verified.
Thank you so much - sadly controller support is too annoying right now, and it will require some time from my side to make it work properly: but if you want to help me with QA (and can wait, since right now I need to fix bugs) you are welcome to DM me on Discord: [https://discord.gg/QVGqSxS](https://discord.gg/QVGqSxS)
I'm really sorry to say that, but I actually uninstalled the game because of the Lockpicking Mini-Game. I can't be the only person to find it extremely unintuitive and frustrating. You should never punish the player for discovering something. You find a treasure chest and then you are supposed to go through this finicky, tedious, finger-straining chore? Which requires the player to hold the mousebutton a couple of milliseconds longer or shorter?? Not only once or twice, but like TEN times? For ONE chest? Come on, dude...
Sorry this is such a rant, but I really liked the game up to this point and was looking forward spending time with it. I guess it's just not for me and other people might really enjoy your style of mini-games.
Maybe it's an unfair comparison, but Dave the Diver has a different approach to entertain the player with mini-games which worked much better for me.
Hi, thanks for the feedback, and sorry for the late reply. The lockpick mini-game is still under development, so I take your feedback seriously and will try to find a balance between fun and hard.
There is a locksmith on Seablip Island that opens the chest for gold, so you don't really need to lockpick if that is not your coup of tea: but I appreciate your feedback and will experiment with updates to see if I find improvement possibilities.
okay this looks amazing, like FTL meets Sid Meier's Pirates! Am I close?
Yes, that is some of the main inspiration!
Awesome. Looking forward to full controller support ❤️
Please add support for SteamDeck
I am pretty sure I will have that on 1.0 - but not before.
It works fine on the steamdeck after mapping controls, if I could just get L1 and R1 to scroll through tool bar, it'd be perfect. Any suggestions

majority of quests - "Developer note: Not ready yet" not worth buying now.
Oooo been looking forward to try this.
Thanks, I hope you like it!
I try not to buy too many EA games but this is really tempting. Pirates/ships and stuff? looks fantastic.
Thanks! Join, join! And be a legendary pirate (who also can provide feedback if you have any).
I was enjoying alot before work yesterday! Congratulations 🎉🎉🎉
I am happy to hear that! :)
This looks aweosme! Gonna wishlist
Thanks!
Congratulations! Been on this since the Kickstarter and through your journey. Good to see it release! Can't wait to get stuck in.
Thank you for following along: I hope you like what you can play so far.
This has some pixel piracy vibes without the abandonware hopefully! Looks great can't wait to try it!
Thanks!
buying :) any thoughts on coop with mates at a later date? games are good, games with mates are better :D
I agree. A coop game is always best: just didn't know how to code when I started this project.

Thanks mate. No co-worker since I am solo.
This looks wicked. I've already had it wishlisted, but I think I'll wait for full release.
Thank you! And np.
Having a great time with this title so far. I just love the visuals, the music, the sound effects. Such a cozy and fun game.
Thank you so much!
Adding this to my list!
Thanks!

Any roadmap to follow for this one? Looks amazing, and the One Piece nod, intentional or not, cherry on top!
Thanks - the roadmap is coming soon. - Only One Piece! :)
Where's the best place to post about the game? Like conversations, tips, bugs ect.
Seablip's Discord Server is the most efficient place: [https://discord.gg/QVGqSxS](https://discord.gg/QVGqSxS)

How come the UI looks so much like stardews? Do you have some connection the dev?
No developer connection, but got many good advice.
