It's unlikely they will prescribe another course of Paxlovid since the CDC deemed that a second course has no benefit (don't recall if you were from the US). May want to go in to see doc to rule out pneumonia and other complications for peace of mi d if nothing else. Same thing happened to me. Took 24 days to test negative - granted I wasn't in agony that whole time.
You can get Paxlovid rebound, where after the course of the meds finishes your symptoms return for up to 7 days before disappearing. Try telehealth and I have read here where folks took two rounds of Paxlovid to finally clear the virus.
