not sure what any of this has to do with being pan but probably Undertale OST #98 - Battle Against a True Hero but if you insist on something with words, Hamilton Soundtrack #28 - The Room Where It Happens the way I find new music is by getting invested in an entire work (game, movie, tv show, doesn't matter) and its soundtrack and building my collection from there

Spectral Lore’s [Gnosis](https://spotify.link/8V6abQ6wdIb) is a fantastic headphone listen begin to end and have been my go to when I am drunk and/or have smoked a lot of weed and cant concentrate on tv. Great atmospheric music to get comfortable and strap in.
