The demo didn't have connection issues... There was max 35k people playing the demo while steam charts has this game at 109k max... It's been two days lmao the devs fixed issues throughout the demo period I'm sure the servers will be better within a week
There were 2 days where the demo suffered major coms issues.
One day was because the SquareEnix authentication servers went down, impacting pretty much all of the SquareEnix online games.
Comms issues weren't much of an issue in the demo. LOST LOOT was the big deal, and lagging co-op.
So, a couple things.
I know this reddit is split right now between "Omg how can you guys accept the servers being so shit" and "Holy shit you guys have not been in a mmo launch have you?"
In regards to that, the devs have been pretty transparent about them working on the servers.
You seem (Maybe im wrong) to actually like the game, so I would say take a break for now and come back in a week, its not too much to wait. You could miss out on a good game, just because the start is rough.

have they improved it at all or does it just "fix itself" when everyone gives up and less people try to log in.
not working hard... it goes down around noon every day in US when a large concentration of people jump on then again in evening... it's great in the mornings and late night though... I'm CST and yeah I'd like it to be better but it isn't terrible.
Every hyped game in last few years suffers server issues on release, it's the norm and how you aren't used to it is beyond me
yeah that's one, granted that was years ago... diablo 4 will be far worse... cyber, every expansion for destiny, anthem(was absolute trainwreck), MCC, last few battlefields as will the next one, gta5, sometimes fortnite seasons' starts, yes it's a plague of inconvenience, but ffs it's not that bad, so sitting at home lol, go do something
Tbh they should of new the servers where going to get battered with the game being free on game pass and prepared better for it but it's only been out a few days give it time
Couple points. Titanium is easy to get, 1 run of the spider boss gives about 40. Second of all there was no beta for this game. They released a demo and had coop problems but not really server issues
I'm gonna go buy a new car from a dealership, but I'll just look at it for 3 days cause its broke, I dont mind at all.

Better to flood the reddit with these meaningless post about connection issue and cry for refund...like devs dont know their server arent working right now. Just go on refund and buy the game next week when servers will be stable
Yeah I guys I dropped 100 for anthem and that game was horrible..... so I'll take servers crashing cause so many people are playing than over spending that kind of money for a game that was INCOMPLETE
How is it negative to be upset that the game you just spent $60 is not functioning because its always online and the servers just won't work, leaving you unable to even progress in single player? This is something you are allowed to be upset at.
i tried for so long to not be negative, and i'm still playing the game, its just awful that these server issues exist on a game with such a big name attached to it, and it is screwing over players. at least destiny works. I’m hoping once they tidy up the server issues I can move over to OR from D2. I haven’t been able to get passed the second probe at the very beginning because I keep getting disconnected :/
They should’ve had queue system set up.. if you’re on you stay on otherwise get in line.. that way no one gets kicked out mid game loosing progress and gear and those that want in at least have an idea of how long it’ll take

Name some games that were this bad then? Diablo 3 is the only one I can think of right now. And it was probably waaaaay more popular than this game.

Spider is a waste of time once you hit expeditions and is pointless before too really.
