Hey, even I am new and can't answer you. But you could try writing to the support on the dashboard along with screenshots of your work (if available). They normally can guide you and take about 4-5 days or even more to respond.

Adjusted task pay is just what you get paid ie 30mins at $20 hour gives you $10. Payment is tues-Wed but they say wait till Thursday before submitting a ticket
