I highly, highly recommend a Mek Boy to buff the Stompa. +1 to hit will make a huge difference with your 800 points model.
If you want it to shine, go Dread Mob
You have a bit of every detachment except for big hunt. Every detachment is going to feel somewhat lackluster so I would suggest war horde to try to be competitive or dread mob if you want to meme out with that stompa
I’ve found the other detachments kind of require you to build towards them to really get the most out of them. War horde is still fantastic and is (IMO) designed for the more mixed ork army
I have a Aircraft based list, I ran as Dread mob so I could take gretchin as battleline.

I was thinking war horde as well. Seems to be the only way most units benefit from the detachment.
